In an emergency

Noor Hidayah is not an emergency service. These numbers connect you to the local services only.

The SOS button in the app alerts your group leader and your operator. It does not call these services.

Saudi Arabia

During a trip, your group leader is the quickest help.

If you find a mistake in a ritual step, a dua or a translation, tell us which screen and which language.

Your data and your rights

To get a copy of your data, or to ask for a correction: in the app under More, Settings, Account.

To delete your account: in the app under More, Settings, Account, or on our account deletion page.

For a grievance about your personal data, write to our grievance officer, named on our company page.
